Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation, rate plan, or promotional offer chosen.
All cancellations should be done 10 days prior to the day of Check in to be exempted from the cancellation charges. The cancellation charge is equivalent to full Refundable. All No shows will also attract night full retention charges.
No-shows and cancellations made outside the specified timeframe may be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to the full reservation amount.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period of 5-7 days.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment by Net Banking. All major cards are accepted.

One child under 6 years of age can stay in the parents’ rooms free of charge.

Check-in time is from 13:00 hrs, and check-out time is by 11:00 hrs.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us in advance to ensure your reservation remains valid.
